OneRobotics Launches Embodied Intelligence Chain with First Post-IPO Strategic Investment
Recently, OneRobotics (6600.HK) announced that it has completed a strategic investment in HIBOT (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. with a total consideration of approximately RMB 240 million. As the company’s first industrial chain investment since its IPO, this transaction marks the official launch of the “OneRobotics Embodied Intelligence Chain” ecosystem and signals the beginning of its proactive integration across the embodied intelligence value chain.
Investment Overview
OneRobotics has made a strategic investment of approximately RMB 240 million in HITBOT. The two parties will collaborate on the R&D of embodied intelligence end-effectors—such as dexterous robotic hands—and other key components, jointly advancing foundational technology architectures and establishing full-stack capabilities from core components to complete robotic systems.
This integration will strengthen OneRobotics’ capabilities in critical hardware areas such as end-effectors, accelerate the development and iteration of multi-form robotic products, and expand embodied intelligence applications beyond home scenarios. It will also provide strong support for extending the company’s “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” strategy into broader industrial and commercial applications.
About HIBOT
HIBOT (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“HIBOT”) is a leading provider of embodied intelligent robotic hands and physical AI solutions in China. Founded in 2015, the company is recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in advanced and specialized technologies, with a focus on the independent development of robotic hands and embodied operating systems.
Leveraging years of deep scenario understanding and data accumulation, HIBOT has developed multiple vertical models centered on real-world physical environments. It has built an integrated software-hardware closed loop combining “scenario intelligence” with robotic hands and arms, enabling high-performance physical AI components and delivering one-stop solutions for industries such as laboratory automation, 3C manufacturing, and new retail.
According to CIC (China Insights Consultancy), based on total shipments of industrial robotic hands in 2025, HIBOT ranks No.1 among domestic manufacturers in China. Its self-developed dexterous robotic hands can replicate complex human hand movements such as grasping, holding, and pressing. Through multi-dimensional perception and force-feedback control, they maintain stable and high-precision performance in complex environments, providing robust and flexible hardware support for upper-layer AI systems and software platforms

Currently, HIBOT has served more than 3,000 enterprise clients across a wide range of industries. In laboratory automation, its solutions have been adopted by leading institutions such as Guangzhou Laboratory, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Southern University of Science and Technology, Mindray, and SGS. Its robotic products are also used by major technology companies including Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, vivo, Foxconn, and Wingtech. In the commercial sector, HIBOT has expanded into retail applications and partnered with leading beverage brands.

Advancing the “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” Strategy
“One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” is OneRobotics’ core technical framework for general-purpose embodied intelligence. It leverages a unified AI “brain” to power multiple robotic forms—including domestic service robots, sports robots, companion robots, and butler robots—enabling efficient reuse and continuous evolution of intelligent capabilities.
Through this strategic investment, OneRobotics integrates its core strengths in embodied AI “brain” technologies with HIBOT’s deep expertise in end-effectors and industrial/commercial deployment, forming a complete closed-loop system spanning perception, decision-making, and execution. HIBOT’s experience in task decomposition and large-scale engineering delivery across complex scenarios will also provide high-quality real-world interaction data to support OneRobotics’ embodied intelligence data infrastructure.
Building the “OneRobotics Embodied Intelligence Chain” Ecosystem
Embodied intelligence is at a critical inflection point, transitioning from technological validation to large-scale commercialization. Breakthroughs in isolated technologies are no longer sufficient to sustain long-term competitiveness—industrial chain integration has become essential for accelerating commercialization and building lasting barriers.
As a chain-leading enterprise, OneRobotics is systematically positioning itself across the core value chain of embodied intelligence. This investment in HIBOT represents a key move in the end-effector segment. Going forward, the company will continue to identify strategic opportunities and invest in upstream and downstream areas such as edge AI chips, sensors, and motion control, gradually building a more technologically advanced and commercially valuable “OneRobotics Embodied Intelligence Chain” ecosystem.
In the home sector, OneRobotics has already achieved large-scale commercialization, with products available in over 90 countries and regions and deployed in more than 3.6 million households. In the sports sector, the company is pioneering new application frontiers through innovative technological approaches. Through this investment, OneRobotics further expands into commercial applications, continuously broadening the scope of its “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” strategy.
From perception to decision-making to execution, and from home to sports to commercial scenarios, OneRobotics is positioning itself as a global leader in the commercialization of embodied intelligence, building a full-stack ecosystem that spans the entire industry chain.
*Note: According to CIC (China Insights Consultancy), based on research completed in February 2026, industrial robotic hands refer to end-effectors used in industrial robots or automation systems, including electric grippers with force-control precision and multi-finger dexterous hands.
